OUR VISION

When we opened Satin Soles, our vision was for it to be a place where both the sole and soul would come to be rejuvenated. In order to execute our vision, we must take our client's health and satisfaction very seriously. Therefore we make the following promise to each Satin Soles client:

• Fresh water, soaking bowls, foot baths, and foot baths liners will be used for your service.
• A new set of metal tools that have been sterilized in an autoclave will be used for your service.
• A new file, buffer, and pumice will be used for your service.
• Your technician will wear gloves during your service.
• Fresh drinking water, coffee, and tea will be available to you.
• Your technician will be polite, professional and accommodating.
• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your service, please let your technician and/or the manager know so that any problems with your service may be corrected before you leave the salon.

As salon owners, our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and ensure that all services are performed in a clean, safe environment. Please contact us if our services do not meet the standards outlined above.
